- Click on the Accounts menu and choose Properties
- Click on the Server tab.
- Enter your new password in the Password box and then click on the Settings button.
- Select the radio button that says "Use the same configuration as my incoming mail server".
- Click ok
- Click Advanced at the top.
- Check the following box to leave a copy of the messages on the server. Make sure the check boxes below are not checked.
- Click OK at the bottom of the window.
- Exit the remaining windows.
- Close the Windows Live client and reload it. Send a test email to make sure the settings are correct and your email arrives correctly.
